My last post mentioned my work with nonprofits. My volunteer work has been with a beautiful organization called Out of Darkness. We help rescue people from sex trafficking “so they can begin to walk out God’s purpose for their lives and become a beacon of light for others.” Volunteering at the drop-in center, on the hotline, and as a part of the rescue team has been a blessing. We are always looking for volunteers to join our team. My husband and I enjoy serving on the rescue team together.
I also work as an Office and Program Manager at Greater Columbus Right to Life. It may not be my encore career, but it has been a good experience.
